The Meaning of Sit between two prostrations with thuma'nînah

According to qaul mu'tamad (opinion that can be used as a basis), sitting between two prostrations including a short pillar that can not be extended to exceed the duration of minimal reading from tasyahhud.Both palms when sitting are placed on both thighs if the tip of the fingers is straight with the knee and all the fingers are tightened and straightened towards the Qiblah.While sitting recommended to read prayer: 

رب اغفر لي وارحمني واجبرني وارفعني وارزقني واهدني وعافني واعف عني 

"Rabbighfirlii warhamni wajburni warfa'nii warzuqnii wahdinii wa'afinii wa'fu'annii"

Meaning: My Lord! Forgive me, have mercy on me, suffice me from all deficiencies, lift up my degree, give me rizki, give me guidance, give me salvation, and grant me forgiveness.
